Hired Dungeon Tycoon — Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Lampwick Games, and they cover the game Hired Dungeon Tycoon. Installing or playing the game means you accept them. If you do not, do not play — and uninstalling removes everything the game keeps.

1. What you may do with the game

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play the game on devices you control, for as long as these terms hold. The game itself — its code, art, text, sound and design — belongs to Lampwick Games and is not sold to you.

2. What you may not do

• Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or its files.
• Modify the game, its save file or its data to gain an advantage, or use tools that do. Nothing stops you editing a file on your own device — but if a leaderboard ever exists, a score obtained that way may be removed, and your access to the table with it.
• Reverse-engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it regardless of what this paragraph says.
• Use the game to break the law, or to harm other players when any shared feature exists.

3. Your save

Your progress is a file on your device. There is no cloud backup, so your game does not follow you to a new phone, and if the file is lost — a wiped device, an uninstall, a failed update — the progress is gone and we cannot restore it. We are sorry about it in advance and we cannot do anything about it afterwards.

4. Purchases — not switched on yet

This version sells nothing. When in-app purchases are switched on:

• Payment is taken by Google Play or the App Store, never by us. Their terms govern the payment itself, and refunds follow their policy — ask them, not us, though write to us anyway if something went wrong and we will help where we can.
• What you buy is a licence to use something inside the game, not property. Gold, passes and items have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices.
• Buying something does not freeze the game's balance. Prices, rewards and numbers are tuned between updates, and something you bought may be worth more or less afterwards. We will not devalue a purchase on purpose, but a game that can never be rebalanced is a game that cannot be fixed.
• If the game is withdrawn, unspent virtual items end with it. See section 7.
• Where you have statutory consumer rights — including the right of withdrawal under Turkish distance-selling rules and the equivalents in the EU and the UK — those rights stand and nothing here limits them.

5. Advertising — not switched on yet

There are no ads in this version. When advertising is added it will be optional rewarded video and occasional full-screen ads, and buying the ad pass removes them permanently. What an ad network would receive is described in the privacy policy.

6. Leaderboard and anything shared — not switched on yet

No leaderboard is running. If one is added it will use Google Play Games or Game Center, signing in will be optional, and the game will stay complete without it. Scores produced by modifying the game may be removed. If a name you choose is ever shown to other players, keep it decent — we may change or remove one that is not.

7. Changes to the game, and ending it

The game is updated: content is added, numbers are tuned, and features can be changed or removed when they are not working. We may stop distributing or supporting the game. If we do, we will say so on this site in advance where we reasonably can, and the game already works offline — but features that need a store or a platform service would stop working with it.

8. Age

The game is not directed at children under 13 and you should not play it if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need your parent's or guardian's permission — and purchases, when they exist, should be made only with their consent.

9. No warranty, and the limits of what we owe you

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of bugs, that it will run on every device, or that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Lampwick Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost virtual items.

None of this takes away rights you have by law. In some countries — Turkey included — consumers have guarantees that cannot be excluded by a document like this one, and where that is so, those rules win over this section.

10. These terms can change

When they change in a way that matters, the version number at the top changes and the game asks you again on the next launch. Minor corrections update the date only. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, nor your right to bring a claim there.

Bu şartlar sizinle Lampwick Games arasındadır ve Hired Dungeon Tycoon oyununu kapsar. Oyunu kurmanız ya da oynamanız şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsanız oynamayın — uygulamayı kaldırmak oyunun tuttuğu her şeyi siler.

1. Oyunla ne yapabilirsiniz

Bu şartlar geçerli olduğu sürece, oyunu kontrolünüzdeki cihazlara kurup oynamak için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir hakkınız olur. Oyunun kendisi — kodu, görselleri, metinleri, sesi ve tasarımı — Lampwick Games'e aittir ve size satılmaz.

2. Ne yapamazsınız

• Oyunu ya da dosyalarını satmak, kiralamak, alt lisanslamak, dağıtmak.
• Avantaj sağlamak için oyunu, kayıt dosyasını ya da verilerini değiştirmek veya bunu yapan araçlar kullanmak. Kendi cihazınızdaki bir dosyayı düzenlemenize kimse engel olamaz — ama ileride bir sıralama tablosu olursa, böyle elde edilmiş bir skor kaldırılabilir, tabloya erişiminiz de onunla birlikte.
• Oyunun kaynak koduna ulaşmaya çalışmak; bu paragraf ne derse desin, kanunun açıkça izin verdiği hâller saklıdır.
• Oyunu kanuna aykırı bir iş için ya da paylaşımlı bir özellik olduğunda başka oyunculara zarar vermek için kullanmak.

3. Kaydınız

İlerlemeniz cihazınızdaki bir dosyadır. Bulut yedeği yoktur; yani oyununuz yeni telefona sizinle gelmez, ve dosya kaybolursa — silinen bir cihaz, kaldırılan bir uygulama, yarım kalmış bir güncelleme — ilerleme gitmiştir ve geri getiremeyiz. Bunun için baştan üzgünüz, sonradan yapabileceğimiz bir şey yok.

4. Satın almalar — henüz açık değil

Bu sürüm hiçbir şey satmıyor. Uygulama içi satın alma açıldığında:

• Ödemeyi Google Play ya da App Store alır, biz almayız. Ödemenin kendisi onların şartlarına tabidir ve iadeler onların politikasına göre işler — bizi değil onları arayın; yine de bir şey ters gittiyse bize de yazın, elimizden geleni yaparız.
• Satın aldığınız şey, oyunun içinde bir şeyi kullanma lisansıdır, mülkiyet değil. Altın, geçişler ve eşyaların oyun dışında hiçbir değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, hesaplar ya da cihazlar arasında aktarılamaz.
• Bir şey satın almak oyunun dengesini dondurmaz. Fiyatlar, ödüller ve sayılar güncellemeler arasında ayarlanır; aldığınız bir şey sonradan daha değerli ya da daha değersiz hâle gelebilir. Bir satın almayı bilerek değersizleştirmeyiz, ama hiç dengelenemeyen bir oyun düzeltilemeyen bir oyundur.
• Oyun yayından kaldırılırsa, harcanmamış sanal öğeler de onunla biter. 7. maddeye bakın.
• Tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarınız — mesafeli satışta cayma hakkı dahil — saklıdır ve buradaki hiçbir madde onları sınırlamaz.

5. Reklam — henüz açık değil

Bu sürümde reklam yoktur. Reklam eklendiğinde isteğe bağlı ödüllü video ve ara sıra tam ekran reklam olacak; reklam geçişini satın almak bunları kalıcı olarak kaldırır. Bir reklam ağının neyi alacağı gizlilik politikasında yazılıdır.

6. Sıralama ve paylaşımlı her şey — henüz açık değil

Çalışan bir sıralama tablosu yok. Eklenirse Google Play Games ya da Game Center kullanılacak, giriş isteğe bağlı olacak ve oyun onsuz da eksiksiz kalacak. Oyunu değiştirerek elde edilmiş skorlar kaldırılabilir. Seçtiğiniz bir ad ileride başka oyunculara gösterilirse, düzgün bir ad seçin — olmayanı değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.

7. Oyunun değişmesi ve sona ermesi

Oyun güncellenir: içerik eklenir, sayılar ayarlanır, işe yaramayan özellikler değiştirilebilir ya da kaldırılabilir. Oyunu dağıtmayı veya desteklemeyi bırakabiliriz. Bırakırsak, makul olarak mümkün olduğu ölçüde bunu önceden bu sitede duyururuz; oyun zaten çevrimdışı çalışmaktadır — ama bir mağazaya ya da platform servisine ihtiyaç duyan özellikler onunla birlikte çalışmayı bırakır.

8. Yaş

Oyun 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşından küçükseniz oynamamalısınız. Yaşadığınız yerde reşit değilseniz ebeveyninizin ya da vasinizin izni gerekir — satın almalar, var olduklarında, yalnızca onların onayıyla yapılmalıdır.

9. Garanti yok, ve sorumluluğun sınırı

Oyun olduğu gibi sunulur. Hatasız olduğunu, her cihazda çalışacağını ya da her zaman erişilebilir olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Lampwick Games; dolaylı zararlardan, kaybolan ilerlemeden ve kaybolan sanal öğelerden sorumlu değildir.

Bunların hiçbiri kanundan doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz. Türkiye dahil bazı ülkelerde tüketicilerin böyle bir belgeyle dışlanamayacak güvenceleri vardır; o hâllerde bu madde değil, o kurallar geçerlidir.

10. Bu şartlar değişebilir

Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda yukarıdaki sürüm numarası değişir ve oyun bir sonraki açılışta size yeniden sorar. Küçük düzeltmelerde yalnızca tarih güncellenir. Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmeniz kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciyseniz bu, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici kurallarının koruması ile orada dava açma hakkınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
